Building the South Pier Inn in the Dead of Winter

Who starts construction in Duluth Minnesota when the gales of November are blowing? Not a problem when you have Kraus Anderson as the builder. We began building at the end of November in 2001 and watched with amazement as the South Pier Inn came together. We welcomed our first guest just 6 months and 10 days later. The most amazing of all…it was on time and under budget. Thanks Kraus Anderson and Jeff Iisakka!
